Features of Coal Gravel Pump (Sand Pump)
1. This series of gravel/sand pumps is mainly centrifugal coal washing gravel pumps, horizontal and single-casing type. Pump body and pump cover are clamped by special clamping band. The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°, easy to install.
2. Shaft Components adopt cylinder structure, which is convenient to adjust the gap between impeller and front wearing plate. The coal gravel pump (sand pump) can be disassembled temporarily for maintenance. The shaft uses grease lubrication.
3. Broad path by single casing and clamp bands connection.
4.The wet parts are made of Ni-hard and high-chrome wear-resistant alloys with good anti-corrosive property.
5. The standard seal type is packing seal. 6. This coal gravel pump is with good performance of NPSH.
